• Products: We currently offer a variety of men’s fashion items, including T-shirts, shirts, trousers, and more. In the future, we may expand our collection to include women’s fashion.

• Customization Available: Customers can request product customization based on available options.

• Ready-to-Ship & Made-to-Order: Some of our products are ready to ship, while others may be made to order depending on customization requests.

2. ORDERING & PAYMENT

• We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional charge of ₹50 per order.

• Order Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours, the order may already be processed and shipped.

  • If the order is prepaid and canceled within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Shipping Options: We provide both standard and express shipping across India.

• Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

• Delayed Delivery: While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays due to courier partners or other external factors are beyond our control.

4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

• Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

• Refunds & Deductions:

  • Returns will be processed after quality inspection.

  • A logistics fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

• Exchange Policy:

  • If the product received is different from the one ordered (wrong design or color), we offer a free-of-cost exchange.

  • For size exchanges, customers may have to bear additional shipping costs.

5. PRODUCT QUALITY & COPYRIGHT

• Design & Copyright:

  • Our designs are created by in-house designers and AI-generated models.

  • While our designs are not officially trademarked, we ensure uniqueness and originality.

  • Any unauthorized use or reproduction of our designs is strictly prohibited.

• Product Variation:

  • We take utmost care to ensure that the product received matches the images on our website.

  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

  • If a major difference is found, we offer a free exchange.

• Damaged Products:

  • While we take strict quality control measures, we are not 100% responsible for damages during transit.

  • However, we will assist customers in resolving such issues as best as possible.

6. FRAUD PROTECTION POLICY

• We take customer safety seriously. In case of any fraud, the customer must raise a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the order.
